Before seeking legal recourse for any harm you believe you have suffered from your access to Skinprovement Dermatology Center, you will give www.skinprovement.com written notice specifying the harm and thirty (30) days to cure the harm after providing such notice. This term is a condition precedent to filing any litigation in court. Any cause of action initiated by you must be initiated within one year after the claim or cause of action has arisen or it will be barred. This agreement is expressly intended to modify any statute of limitation that may be set forth by local, state or federal statute.
